Welcome to Sequoia’s
2023-2024 School-age After School Program!
(located on Sequoia’s Farm and part of Sequoia’s Early Learning Center)
We are providing afternoon care for South Bay, Pleasant Glade, Roosevelt, and Boston Harbor Elementary Schools.
This coming school year, 2023-2024, we are enrolling children from any elementary school as long as you can provide transportation to and from our Farm. We will provide transportation from South Bay Elementary and Pleasant Glade Elementary Schools only. Roosevelt and Boston Harbor School buses will drop off at the Farm.
We look forward to a year full of fun enrichment activities which may include gardening, journalism, environmental education, arts & crafts, science, cooking, group games, outdoor survival skills, and more! This school year, we will have archery Wednesday afternoons, weather permitting.
After Care: when school let’s out – 6:00pm
*Please note – The rates include days when there is early release from school. They do not include half days or days off for professional development days or school breaks.

Deposit
After School Care this coming 2023 school year, a deposit in the amount of $400 is due (which will not be applied towards your bill until your last month of care with Sequoia’s School-age program for the 2023-2024 school year). Deposits are refundable only if a 30-day notice in writing is received before care is set to begin.
Your first month’s fees are due the first day of school. If you end up leaving Sequoia’s School-age Program before the end of the school year, this deposit will be applied to your last month of care with Sequoia’s School-age Program if a 30-day written notice has been received. This deposit is due before your child will be considered as registered in Sequoia’s School-age Program this coming Fall 2023.

Registration and Supply Fees
A $50 one-time non-refundable Registration fee is required for each child entering the Program.
A $100 supply fee is required and each school year thereafter. The supply fee is refundable only if a 2-week notice in writing is received before care is set to begin.
Tuition Subsidies
We have contracted with DSHS to accept payments from this source. Information about this is available upon request.
Family discounts
Regular monthly fees for a family will be reduced by 10% if siblings attend Sequoia’s Treehouse with the same schedule. Day Camp does not qualify for sibling discounts.
Schedule Change Requests/Cancellation of Care
Sequoia’s School-age Program requires a 30-day notice to make changes to your child’s schedule or to cancel care. If Sequoia’s School-age Program does not receive a written 30-day notice to cancel care, your deposit is non-refundable.
Day Camp Fees (8am-6pm)
Day Camp fees will be $60/day for the 2023-2024 school year. These fees are in addition to regular monthly After School Program fees and do not include any additional field trip charges.
Important Info
All Past Due Balances must be paid before your child will be officially admitted into the program on the first day of school in September.
*Please make sure we have all required paperwork. We cannot provide care for your children until we do!
