Some of the trees are showing green buds on their limbs.
Here and there a daffodil raises its head from the ground.
The thousands of Northwest Tree Frogs are noticeably louder.
The pasture grass has begun to grow, the horses and alpacas finding nourishment from the ground for the first time in months.
The baby chicks are no longer babies.
The rains are not quite as harsh or quite as prolonged.
It’s as though all of nature has been holding its breath and now the slow exhale has begun.
Spring is coming and with it, rebirth, and with that rebirth all manner of learning opportunities.
