Outdoor Summer Day Camps 2024 Now Enrolling!!
Welcome to Outdoor Adventurers Summer Day Camp @ The Farm (two age groups, 4 1/2 – 6 and 7 – 9 year olds) and
New this year Summer: our Wilderness Adventures Outdoor Summer Day Camp for 10-12 year olds! (includes some kayaking, swimming, hiking, exploring and building wilderness survival skills)
These are Outdoor Summer Day Camps. We provide some shelter but we are outdoors rain or shine!!
Come explore the acres of our Farm while we build Pioneering, Farming, Cooking, Environmental Education and Outdoor Survival skills! Children will take part in activities such as caring for chickens, goats, pigs, ponies, sheep and a peacock, while making fruit leather with fruit picked from our bushes, baking biscuits and making butter, pickling using veggies planted in our garden, building shelters, wild edibles foraging, picking berries and making jam, building fire, hiking around the South Puget Sound, beach combing, camp cooking, and much more! We’ll have archery again this year!
Children get the opportunity to explore their creativity through nature crafts, play and activities. We take weekly field trips to local parks, beaches, and other areas around the Puget Sound for further exploration of the Pacific Northwest’s many natural resources, habitats, and beauty. We also take part in other field trips like Pt. Defiance Zoo, swimming @ MillerSylvania State Park, among others.
Our summer day camps provide a balance of structured activities and free play that will encourage children’s curiosity of nature while building social and emotional skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and self-confidence.
Our hope is to foster an appreciation and love of nature by offering children opportunities to explore the world around them through hands-on, outdoor, experiential learning. We want to provide every child the opportunity to build the skills, knowledge, and self-esteem that will encourage them to become self-reliant, environmentally responsible, and conscientious partners with the planet.
Outdoor Adventurers Summer Day Camp is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm with extended care from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm, available for children ages 4 1/2 – 6 and 7 – 9
Outdoor Adventurers Summer Day Camp is $255 per week unless noted otherwise*, extended care $70 per week.
*Note: Second week of Summer Day Camp is $204, extended care $56
Wilderness Adventures Outdoor Summer Day Camp is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-6:00 pm, available for children ages 10 -12 years old (will accept 9 yr olds on case by case basis)

Sign-ups for all the camps are for the full week, we do not have daily options.

- Outdoor Day Cam
For Outdoor Adventurers Summer Day Camp a deposit of $130 is required for each week your child is enrolled.
For Wilderness Adventures Outdoor Summer Day Camp a deposit of $195 is required for each week your child is enrolled.
To secure a spot we need the enrollment paperwork, deposit & enrollment fee of $50 (one-time, per new child fee).
Please fully review your summer camp contract and fill out the enrollment paperwork; and either drop it off in person, mail it in, or scan and email it back.
All openings for Summer Day Camp are filled on a first come, first served basis.
