Science is Curiosity

The curiosity of a child is unmatched by probably every living creature . . . except possibly a kitten. 😊

At Sequoia’s Treehouse we allow children to be curious and to act on that curiosity.  Looking out the windows of a classroom, while a teacher tells you about nature, is one thing. Actually being knee-deep in that nature is another thing all together.

Ask your children over dinner tonight what they learned today. What did they see that was fantastic? What did they see that they did not understand? What really knocked their socks off during their day?  Your enthusiasm will feed their enthusiasm, and an enthusiastic student is a student ripe for learning.
